When Do You Condone Piracy?

Over at Lifehacker, someone posed the question, "When you condone piracy?" Are there times that it's morally acceptable? We're not fans of piracy here at the media lab, but it has become so prevalent in our society that it seems ridiculous not to at least have the conversation.
